Although Precision International is a business, our entire staff is committed to putting you first. As important as vehicles are, their owners/drivers are more so. Therefore, we work hard to make your auto service visit convenient and stress-free. First, we offer business hours that are convenient for most people. We’re open Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. (We close for lunch from 12:00pm-1:00pm.) If you can’t make it during regular operating times, you can take advantage of our before-and after-hours drop-off/pick-up. In addition, we frequently offer discounts (See our Specials page.) and offer a loaner car to customers whose autos are undergoing certain extensive repairs. Ask to see if the work being performed on your vehicle qualifies you for this option. Finally, we’ve earned a solid reputation. Our repairs are covered by a great 24-month/24,000-mile warranty. We’re accredited by the Better Business Bureau and affiliated with the Independent Garage Owners of North Carolina.
